When one attempts to move the mouse around the screen in windows 7, the 64 bit version, NVDA's audio coordinates lag along with NVDA's reporting of what's under the mouse. Further, it seems as if the numpad commands in the desktop layout do not function correctly as well.

Do you have the "brightness controls audio coordinates volume" option enabled in NVDA Mouse Settings? If you do, try disabling it. This can be quite slow if Aero is being used. This seems to be a limitation of Windows.

I noticed this too, but when I turn off the "Brightness" checkbox, it fixes it.

Fixed in 18b3933 and 52b2eb5. This no longer lags even with brightness controls audio coordinates volume enabled.
