Create an agreement with Ivona text to speech. This will be similar to that of Klango where the user of NVDA will get his or her choice of two, free, Ivona tts voices for use in NVDA. if user decides he does not want a voice and wants a different one, uninstall one or both voices and pick one or two more/ Only two may be installed at a time. Voices can be used in NVDA portable as well. User downloads voices by going to the nvda help menu into the ivona submenu. when voices are installed NVDA lets user know which two he or she has already installed. once voices are uninstalled, two more may be chosen for install. This enhancement is for all supported operating systems.

Since Ivona (apparently) donate $5.00 to NV Access when people purchase NVDA with their voices, it surely would not be in the interest of either NV Access or Ivona to do this.
Changes:
Milestone changed from None to None
