There were many messages which were wrongly translated and not translated etal. I've checked and updated localization file for Turkish language. I also started an email group whose members are eager to work in localization of NVDA interface and translation of NVDA's documantation in Turkish.

Closing as fixed, This ticket is about 6 months old, as of writing, the last commit to Turkish language files was made on the 27 Jun in rev 4506.
