Currently the text in the clipboard can be read with insert+c shortcut. In case there are files/objects in the clipboard, The names of the files sould be read when this key pressed.

Yes. I also agree with this. We could use this function to realize what files had been copied to the clipboard. If we know this, some errors may be avoided.

Users who don't use a screen reader don't have any such ability, which suggests this is out of scope for a screen reader. Even the ability to read the text on the clipboard with NVDA+c is questionable, but there are cases where that might make more sense; e.g. inaccessible text fields.
