When in the Windows XP security centre, a lot of rubbish is spoken along with the choices which appear to be links. If however, you use nvda/ numpad 5 to copy to clipboard none of that appears in the cut text. I suspect some boundary is not being seen by the code reading the choices. Log fragment of actual navigation.

Interestingly the gibberish seems to vary each time you refresh things, so I'm not sure what its actually seeing.

Is this core or virtual buffers?

Forgot to say, this is not a new problem, been around since 2010.1 at least but as you are trying to stabilize things..
