When navigating through an OpenOffice Calc table NVDA announces the cell coordinates followed by the word "label". However the actual content of the cell is not spoken. This worked just fine in the P1 release. This may well effect all other Java tables too.

Partially fixed in r2316. However, this only works for editable spreadsheets. NVDA's rules for when to use accessible text will have to be improved some what so that it can work with read-only sheets as well.

Hi,
Whoever opened this ticket, can you try using Open Office 4.1 (or whatever the latest stable version is) Calc to see if it is fixed? Thanks.

I just tested and the content of cells in Calc is read correctly in OpenOffice 4.1. Please reopen if the problem persists.
