It would be nice, if NVDA will support SayAll Profiles such as SayAll without announcing links, headdings etc. or SayAll with sounds, if there is a link, headding and so on. This makes easier to read an Wikipedia article for example.

Yes, you can achieve this with configuration profiles. Closing as a duplicate of #87, which was originally more specific but now covers say all profiles in general.
