I listen comments from a lot of people at nvda's lists that thinks It's necessary a shortcut for speech viewer.
Note: I open several tickets becose many users does'nt knows how do it.

I don't really see the need for this. You can already toggle the Speech Viewer with three keystrokes: NVDA+n, t, s. I imagine it isn't toggled so frequently that it needs a simpler shortcut. If you think there are use cases for this, please reopen and provide examples of why someone would want to toggle it so frequently as to require a one press shortcut.

I agree, but maybe it might be a choice to default it on when first run is used as most of the time this is used by sighted people, it may well be they don't know it exists.
