In previous revisions, NVDA did something that made easy reading msn/wlm messages.
When going to MSn history window with the f6 key, We could read the message wich has been writen to us, and if going out and returning back to the history window the cursor stayed on the same position, even when new messages arrived. This way we just pressed down arrow to read new messages.
In these new revisions I found that when going to NVDA history window the cursor is positioned always at the end of the text. Would be possible to reimplement this feature? It makes easier reading new messages...

When did NVDA maintain the cursor position in the history window - what version or revision? To my knowledge, NVDA has never done this. The current code facilitating cursoring in this window was introduced in r1667, almost 6 months ago. This code explicitly moves the virtual cursor to the bottom of the history window whenever it gains focus.

Older (probably several years ago now) versions of MSN Messenger used a different history window which had its own cursor, which might have maintained position.
