Reported by Shaimaa on 2011-07-01 22:03
I'm encountering a very strange problem with nvda 2011.2 beta and Microsoft
Excel 2003.
When I write a date in a cell and would like to edit this cell or that date,
i press f2 and start moving by left and right arrow to modify this date.
When I do this, I find numbers totally different from what I write and they
are not formatted as date although I set the cell formatting to be date.
For example, I may write 6/21/2011 then if i press f2 to edit the date for
any reason, i find 40715 instead of the original date i wrote. Note that it
still reads the date correctly if I move by the review keys out of the cell
editor or without pressing f2.
the date formatting is set to English united states.
