When I try to download the file for my own installer, just an image is shown. I think that it may be due to a broken link. Thanks.

Even with the new launcher, the UAC plugin is still required for the uninstaller. We should update to the latest version of the UAC plugin. We should also possibly move to global installation rather than copying the plugin into NVDA's directory.
