Gecko: Undesirable switch to focus mode when browse mode cursor moves to list item #1819

After MozillaBug:673958, Gecko will set focus to the active list item when focus is set to the list, which is correct. However, this causes NVDA to switch to focus mode when the browse mode cursor hits a list. A way needs to be found to prevent this.
