Activate objects with braille display routing buttons in browse mode #1823

When I click the routing keys on the display to activate any link on a website, it doesn't work although it responds with other applications like the open button in any file menu. Note that I tried this with both firefox and internet explorer and found the same problem. I think the problem is also in 2011.2 but not 100% sure.

In browse mode, routing buttons currently just move the cursor. They don't ever activate anything beneath the cursor.
