NVDA does not report blockquotes when pressing q.
To reproduce:

  1. You can go to:
    http://www.forovidaindependiente.org/
  2. Then press q.
    NVDA does not announce list when pressing l, but I think that you said that this bug have been fixed. I am not sure about this point.

Thanks for the patch. I need to investigate whether this is the most elegant solution, as that particular bit of code is getting pretty ugly.

Actually, this isn't a regression. "Block quote" was never reported when pressing q.
