NVDA shoulds provide a command which allows reading all cells on a line.
This feature allows a more fluent reading.

I suggest NVDA+upArrow, as this is logic, because it reads the corrente line.

In my opinion this makes sence in other spreadcheat apps, such as lotos and libreoffice calc.

I tried to implement something like this in synphony but one problem arises: what is to be considered a line? One can traverse all cells in a row (1024 by default) but most are blank and it is too slow. One idea is to only report all visible cell on a row, it is what a sighted person sees... But I don't if synphony iaccessible2 implementation gives us that information (in obj.states it doesn't).

This is likely a special case of #1911.
