Cursor routing doesn't bring the cursor in the right place

Description

In some controls, for example Skype 5.6 editbox, in the chat window, pressing the cursor routing on a display braille cause an error.
It happen also in some editors, e.g. Biblos.
I attach the log for skype, anyway it seems involve textinfo and display_hook.
