This is a request for options to be added to allow the user to decide whether text longer than 30 characters should be suppressed in graphical internet links. While it is sometimes correct this is garbage, some sites provide descriptions of videos such as those on the home page of [http://www.gaytube.com] An option to make this configurable would be good in the new versions of NVDA as this site and others like it are less usable for blind users. in older versions this site works well, whereas the supression of long graphical links and no ability to toggle it make the site less usable because the longer description is now gone.

Closing this as invalid due to:

  1. The ticket is abandoned
  2. The mentioned website seems dead
  3. Long descriptions of videos shouldn't reside in links
