Nowhere near specific enough. Please provide exact steps to reproduce, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

I am unable to use up or down arrow to access edit fields on sites like Facebook or Google. Nothing is spoken when I try turning off Brose Mode and tabbing around.

You don't normally access edit fields in browse mode. You normally switch to focus mode for those.

I'll ask again: please provide the exact steps you are taking, what you expected and what happened instead.
