Has this always been the case or did something occur that made it happen. The log is pretty obvious that it has no window handle, but there is not much other detail there.
In Firefox if you have it full screen you often cannot get the menus in any case of course.

So maybe a bit more context needed here and does a reboot of nvda or/windows fix it?

hi,
it happened after I exited some flash content in firefox
i'm using 12.0
after I exited I heard nvda crash
and now I can't access menus in explorer or firefox
reboots won't fix the problem both with windows and nvda
Changes:
Changed title from "can't access the menu bar in windows explorer and mozzilla firefox" to "can't access menu bar in windows explorer or mozzilla firefox"

Closing as worksforme because it works for me. :)
Looks like an issue that was specific to a single installation of Windows with NVDA. Please reopen if the log does contain useful information after all.
