This is nowhere near enough info. Please be more specific. You don't specify what you were doing before it "stopped", whether it restarted itself after "stopping", what you did when it "stopped", whether it worked correctly afterwards, etc.

HI Im don't remember what I do tommorow when the error occurs in first time but today I have this crash again, I work into IE9 I press (CTRL + T) input in adress bar www.yandex.ru, press (E) and (ENTER) to drop cursor into edit form field after this I start type text and lost voice of NVDA.Twice I press (CTRL + ALT + n) but NVDA not start.After some time the NVDA.EXE error application dialog appears.This dialog contain text: instruction from adress "0x77c5e3be" try acsess to memory at adress "0x19dedbac". the memory can not be "read".After this NVDA is self start.In first time when error occurs the NVDA don't start automaticaly.I upload next log, this log I obtain from %Temp% directory after restart the NVDA.

Unfortunately, I am not able to replicate this. If there is information presented in the log provided that I am missing, please let me know.

here are the attachments from Trac:

Unfortunately, on a quick glance, there's nothing useful we can glean from them. There are no suspicious errors, etc.

Closing as invalid, as we don't have sufficient info, this is quite old now and we have no way of contacting the reporter.
