The readme is not particularly useful anymore, which is why I removed it from the installer a while back. It is essentially only there for those that are exploring the distribution and want to know what they are looking at. Most of this information is included in the Help -> About command.
Also, this requires a language string change and we've now entered the freeze period.
Moving this to 0.6 for further discussion, but I don't personally thinkit's necessary.

Fixed in r2722. It seems the translators are placing language-specific info in the readme, thus it is important that its accessible to the user.
