What browser you are using?
What page you have accessed?

There were a number of problems with the last release but only under some circumstances in both FF and IE, but these were not knew, and it might be an idea if he tries a current snap as many are now cleared. Certainly some of the flash related ones and the weird going into focus mode on some blogs are fixed now.

Also if its Firefox, exactly which release is being used?

This issue seems to be abandoned and very vague.
