We have code which is supposed to support text alignment for IAccessible2, but it's actually completely incorrect. text-align is an object attribute, not a text attribute.

Done in 8cbf9e7.

Note that this doesn't cover Symphony, as it doesn't follow the IA2 standard for this. See #2204. Also, Mozilla doesn't always expose alignment correctly. See MozillaBug:684141.
