Currently Nepali users has no usable braille other than for Latin characters.

  • convert brltty Nepali table(s)
  • test with nvda
  • make sure numbers, punctuation is displayed correctly.
  • possibly add harness file
  • include in liblouis
  • update braille.py to include Nepali braille.
    Blocked by Enable Liblouis tables for Indian languages #4778

Moving out of 2013.1 as I'm assuming no progress on this yet, and we are getting ready for a beta.
