Appropriate attributes exposed by MSHTML and Gecko nvVBufLib backends as of main rev 133. Still perfecting the code on the NVDA side.

Optimised code in r3041. This may still be slow when hitting the right edge of the table in large tables, but there's not too much I can do about this at present. A follow up bug can be filed if this becomes a major problem.

In misc-deps version 2009-07-09-01. Also, further optimised code for Gecko in r3044.

Hi,
I realized that pull # 4273 5930 referenced this. For interested parties, it should not have, and the two tickets aren't related.
Thanks,
