In chrome, hover a image link with a mouse. NVDA reads the content of src of image.

Correcting version, since 2013.2 wasn't previously an option. See #3499.

This isn't specific to Chrome. We should probably just avoid reporting the value for graphics like we do for links.
Changes:
Changed title from "Chrome, hover a image link with a mouse. NVDA reads the content of src of image.." to "hover a image link with a mouse. NVDA reads the content of src of image"

@xoxa2004 I am not able to reproduce this issue in NVDA 2019.1.1 and Chrome 74. Are you still having this problem?

I can't reproduce this just now either, although there are other issues with mouse tracking on the web.
