When using the "Vietnam_Hue" voice, NVDA crashes if the pitch is lowered beyond 34%.

I can't reproduce this. I opened the Voice Settings dialog, set the voice to vietnam_hue and tried every pitch setting below 34 with no crash.
What version of NVDA are you using?
Are you using the in-built eSpeak?
Does it happen as soon as you change the pitch or some time after?
How are you changing the pitch and voice; i.e. via the Voice Settings dialog or the synth settings ring?
Is there a specific phrase that immediately precedes the crash?
Any other details you can provide would be great.

I can not reproduce this either. I performed the same steps as in #3593 (comment) by using both the Voice Settings Dialog, as well as the Synth settings ring. CC @jcsteh

We can't contact the original author any more. Closing as work's for me.
