Make the touch gestures under imput gestures dialog translatable #3624

The touch gestures section in the imput gestures dialog contains not translatable gestures. I know that this should be really complicated. In the other sections there is no extra step needed as the keyboard shortcuts are probably common for all languages but something like ts_3finger_tap is probably not recognized in all languages.

Any occurrences of str.format need to be changed to unicode.format so this works for non-English languages, as str.format doesn't coerce to unicode like % does.
