On pressing NVDA +F, NVDA incorrectly announces the data as underlined, when data is not actually underlined.
Steps:
Open an Excel sheet.
Press NVDA+ F on some text which is not underlined.
NVDA announces the info and announces the text as underlined though the text is not underlined.

Microsoft Excel: only report truely underlined cells as underlined in formatting information.
Unlike other properties in the Excel font object, underline returns constants, its not a boolean.
