When pressing caret movement keys in MS Word 2013 (and possibly earlier versions) the resulting caret event (specifically MSAA locationChange on OBJID_CARET) is either greatly delayed or does not get sent at all. This causes Braille display updates to be slow or sometimes non-existant.
We should requires braille to handle the caret move at the end of the core cycle, for any caret movement script.

It would be nice to get this also fixed when the brailledisplay is tethered to review. I prefer using that mode for working with the brailledisplay and don't need/want much contextual information about focused object.
Tested with today's next snap. Word 2013. Braille fails to refresh when tethered to review.
