Currently, NVDA uses the 32 bit version of the TC app module. As there were a few control class changes, TC 8.5 x64 no longer works.
I'm attaching a modified app module that reflects these changes, only for x64 as the x86 version works fine with the former app module.

Duplicate of #3791. Note that I have code from Marco wherein totalcmd64 subclasses totalcmd, but it requires a fix in NVDA itself which I haven't gotten around to implementing yet.
