Hello
When browsing a table, NVDA does not move to the next cell with the movement commands for tables.
Steps:
1: Create a table in open office 4.1, the writer editor.
2: any cell, press control alt arrows.
Blocking #4752

I Diego,

This is not a defect, but an enhancement. This command has never worked with NVDA, both in IBM Lotus Symphony and in your similars.
Changes:
Changed title from "NVDA does not jump to the next cell in the table in open office 4.1" to "Commands to Navigate trhough tables Should Work in OpenOffice and LibreOffice."

HI,

Currently, in Brazil, several corporations, public schools, universityes and other places have progressively replaced Microsoft Office with LibreOffice/OpenOffice, as I can see. Therefore, this suites really needs some more enhancements, and this is one of them.

@diego, @Qchristensen is this still reproducible with last NVDA and last open Office / Libre Office?

Yes this is still reproducible with NVDA 2018.4.1 and LibreOfice 6.1.3.2.

Possibly worth noting that adding control+alt+arrow support to move between table cells would overwrite the default behaviour in LibreOffice / Open Office which is to resize the current cell. I believe this is worthwhile, as alt+arrows still resize the whole column or row, which is generally a much better approach (resizing only one cell leads to tables with uneven widths etc).

See #4119, that issue could be very important to solve before implementing this feature.
