Involves jumping to a higher minHook commit that fixes VS2013 compatibility, and upgrading Scons to 2.3.2.

Hi,
According to documentation from Intel and Microsoft, VS 2013 RTM can compile C++ projects in XP by using v120XP linker option (may or may not be necessary if XP support would be dropped in a future version of Visual Studio).

... and one has to be careful about not breaking it on amd processors that do not have sse2 as we know. Some of these were used in Vista machines and possibley early windows 7 ones too, though they are quite slow on some motherboards.

I noticed as an aside that the latest version of Autoruns now falls over due to this issue, version 12.
