We already have basic support for reading and writing in Lotus Notes 8.5. Please provide detailed information, including the version of Lotus Notes and the problems you're actually having.

I am sorry I cant find the version there. I tried a lot to find the
version but its not there.
let me explain my problem
I go to internet explorer 6
then I go to the lotus notes website
then I open the mail with the mail id and password
after that when I go to a particular mail and press enter, I am unable
to read that mail or open that mail by pressing enter.
on the other hand if we quit NVDA and press enter the mail is opening .
I hope I could explain my problem.
sorry for anything wrong as I dont know so much technical language

IBM Notes (formerly Lotus Notes) has two interfaces, a desktop application and a web interface. The reporter is talking about the web interface.

NVDA does indeed have some issues with the web interface, and these vary from browser to browser.

As the reporter was attempting to use it with Internet Explorer 6, which I doubt is fully supported by the web interface let alone NVDA, and as the report lacks any real specifics, I suggest we close this ticket in preference for something more modern and specific.

Should this still be open as IE6 is no longer supported?
