When viewing HTML in Microsoft Word (e.g. an html message in MS outlook), all IMG tags result in a inlineshape of type linked picture. These should be reported to NVDA as graphic, and also a label should be created for them based on the image's URL, from the inline shape's linkformat.sourceFullName property.
