NVDA currently only supports language switching when reading documents; e.g. browse mode and Microsoft Word. ARIA role application isn't considered to be a document, so it is handled like any other application.
Changes:
Changed title from "NVDA does not switch synthesizer acc. to the lang attribute in browsers when role=application." to "Language switching for object reporting"
