Texts implemented by use of aria-label or aria-labelledby, aria-describedby in custom widgets as well as text Contents in elements of role=button and others are read in NVDA main language. The rule for web is to Switch to the language defined by lang Attribute on Body or on other elements.

NVDA currently only supports language switching when reading documents; e.g. browse mode and Microsoft Word. ARIA role application isn't considered to be a document, so it is handled like any other application.
Changes:
Changed title from "NVDA does not switch synthesizer acc. to the lang attribute in browsers when role=application." to "Language switching for object reporting"
