Hi,
This case occurred on a internal web page.
There is a graphic with a text label "select all".
User could click it to select items.
But, in NVDA 2014.4, this graphic could not be detected.
User have no access to control.

If it is needed, please tell me how to provide more information for developers to fix the issue.
Thanks.

We'd need a test case with the code that causes the problem. I realise this might be difficult for you to get. Perhaps you could talk to the people managing the site. Unfortunately, we can't provide any further help without this.

Ok, I'll try to talk to the people managing the site.
What code should be included for developers to reproduce the case? Html code or something..

HTML and maybe JavaScript and/or CSS. In short, you need to be able to reproduce the same problem yourself with the test case.

Hi, Jamie, thank you for your help.
After contacting internal system representative, they could not provide code for the case.

Unfortunately, there's really nothing we can do without a test case or access to the site.
Changes:
Added labels: invalid
State: closed
