Waterfox is a Firefox clone for X64 systems. It must be quite easy to add NVDA support for this.

It should work already. If it doesn't, there is almost certainly an issue in Mozilla or Waterfox itself that needs to be resolved. It'd be great if you could provide details of what isn't working.

I've just installed the 64-bit firefox developer edition. It works slightly better in a sense that NVDA announces 'unknown' all the time instead of just nothing, but it is far from usable.
Anyway, since Firefox x64 developer and nightly builds exist nowadays, may be we must point out that there's work for them to do in order to get accessible builds.

If you're getting nothing at all in Waterfox, my guess is that they've disabled accessibility altogether.

See also #1454. Firefox x64 accessibility used to be a lot better than it is now (but not entirely working), so something has regressed. I've commented on MozillaBug:646484.

Seems that some effort has been put into this now.
