I'm getting the following warning in the Windows 10 notification center with the latest next snapshot:
This app might not work correctly NVDA isn't compatible with this version of Windows. Learn more, Received on 20:56
Whenever pressing learn more, http://nvaccess.com/win10 is opened, which is of course a nice thing.

This is intentional. As noted on that page, there are still some compatibility issues and users need to be aware of them. Even once NVDA 2015.3 is released, there will still be problems with Edge and users need to know about this. That said, we might consider requesting that this notification be removed once NVDA 2015.3 is released. Ideally, we'd show the warning before upgrades and not after the upgrade is complete, but it seems you get either both or nothing.

Leaving open until this is all finalised.

We've requested that Microsoft remove these notifications altogether as soon as possible. They don't really feature prominently during the upgrade process as we intended, so most users will only see them (over and over again) after they upgrade, which is pointless.

In [0da6fc9]:

Windows 10 will no longer repeatedly warn that NVDA is incompatible.
NVDA now functions on the sign-in screen as expected in Windows 10 build 10525.

The Windows compatibility block should be removed in a Windows Update any day now, but it looks like this may not be available in time for NVDA 2015.3. Aside from the annoying notifications, Windows build 10525 seems to stop apps with compatibility blocks from running on the sign-in screen.
To work around this, the publisher has been changed for official builds so that the compatibility block doesn't match.
The real change is actually on the build server, not in NVDA itself. This is just an empty commit to denote the change.
Fixes #5253, #5303.
