Version: master-11332,fd9d10a
Problem 1:
STR:

  1. Open Wordpad.
  2. Type t
  3. Press numpad 9, navigator next line
    Expected: Bottom, t
    Actual: t
    This worked in 2015.2.

From this same state, problem 2:
Select all. You hear: selecting t

backspace. I expect to hear selection removed, and do in 2015.2. in latest master, I hear nothing.

Regression probably introduced by #4291. Normally, I'd revert this, but #4291 is far more severe than this regression.

cc @jcsteh and @tspivey, I can still reproduce this. I honestly don't think it is worth the p2 though.

Given this issue is annoying, not very severe, I changed this from a p2 into a p3.

Problem 1 from initial description is not reproducible anymore on my side. What about on your side?
