  1. Create a bulletted list in Word.
  2. Press ALT+SHIFT+RIGHT arrow. You should hear "List paragraph style, outline level 10."
  3. Press ALT+SHIFT+LEFT ARROW. You should hear the same message.

Expected behavior:
a) When pressing ALT+SHIFT+RIGHT arrow from a freshly created list, NVDA should report "List paragraph style, outline level 2."
b) When pressing ALT+SHIFT+LEFT arrow, the outline level should decrement by 1, instead of remaining the same.

Confirmed in Word 2016. CC @michaelDCurran. I'm leaning towards a p3, since this feature would be very useful to change the level of a list reliably, and this is currently not possible. Note that this works as expected for headings.
