A detail description of use of Math player with NVDA in Word and in web browser will be helpful. If the functioning of NVDA with mathematical equations in MS Word and IE is described separately, it will be helpful to those who make accessible books in mathematics’.

Most of this is already described; see the Reading Mathematical Content section of the User Guide. As discussed on the call today, the point that isn't clear is that you need MathType installed to read MathType expressions in Word.
Changes:
Changed title from "A description of use and scope of Math Player with NVDA in user manual of NVDA will be helpful." to "Clariy that MathType needs ot be installed to read MathType expressions"
Milestone changed from None to 2015.4
