NVDA contains of Hungarian license, but when I install NVDA, the English license appears.
Note: It also happens, when I open it from NVDA menu.

We will keep an english licence in the repository. We will make the build script fetch licences for each language from a particular URL.
The installer will show the appropriate license for a given language. The path to the licence will need to be a langstring in NSIS.

Jamie and I have decided that we will not provide translated versions of the GPL v2 license in our installer for the following reason: www.gnu.org does list existing translations of the GPL v2, however it clearly states that these are not official documents and only exist as a gude to non-english speakers. The FSF says it would take too much time and resources to either properly translate, or at least validate existing translations. They suggest that the english license is the official license.
NV Access certainly does not want to provide any incorrect legal documents.
So, we will continue to only show the english license. Though of course users are welcome to read the translations on gnu.org themselves if they wish, but our official license is the English one.
