To show this error, do the following.
Windows XP desktop. tab to start button
Use nvda/right on the keypad which will take you first to clock, then to the info area, then back to the start button again. The next time you hit nvda/right, it will have wrapped around and be calling the same routine until Python gives up. See attached log.

Fixed in 18f4c59.
Some more problems with the language bar. Related to #646.
