When using NVDA in French, I can not access the check boxes, editable areas, drop down lists, menu bars in MS Word and MS Excel and are replaced by a sound eurreur. When navigating the menus NVDA, accents are not written correctly and messages as Num Lock activated, as using the keyboard, the descriptions that accompany a combination of keys that were pressed were not delivered by NVDA and are replaced by an error sound.

Could you be more specific?
Which windows version are you using?
Which Version of Microsoft Office are you using?
Did this work in a older snapshot or in version 2010.1?
Explain step by step what you are doing. What says NVDA? What is expected?
Attach the error to this ticket. Please don't paste it into the comment field.

This would help the developers to fix the problem.

If this problem only occurs with the very latest snapshots, it may be due to an error I introduiced in the french translation file nvda.po.
The problem has been ixed and I resent the fix to Peter.
I guess this is the problem because I never noticed such a thing though I don't use Pack office for a while.

This problem should be fixed by Revision 3681.
