When you review a screen in flat review mode and get to some object you'd like to activate, you're generally positionned at the left of the object, before the first character. So, when pressing NVDA+1, NVDA generally answers that there is no object at this position. So, when pressing NVDA+1, it would maybe be nice to first get automatically to the first character on right before performing the function.
