Braille Support: Current displaying element with dots 7 and 8 for marking #826

By default, it should be activated (in Braille settings) for list entry marking with Braille dots 7 and 8 like in JAWS.

I don't really follow this. NVDA's Braille paradigm is somewhat different to that of JAWS. We don't review the entire screen with Braille, so only the current item and its context is shown on the display. Therefore, marking like this doesn't make sense. If I've misunderstood, please elaborate.
