NVDA should have the ability to speak characters phonetically. This could include pressing the key to speak the current character twice, for example, or allow NVDA to have a "phonetics mode" where each character spelt, typed, or read will be heard phonetically. Examples of phonetic characters include a for alpha, b for bravo, c for charlie.
