Not specific enough. Please provide exact steps to reproduce, applications used, how often it occurs, etc. Also, describe what doesn't get read when you return to the window. If any of these applications are running as administrator, you must be running an installed version (not portable) of 2010.1.

The probublems seem to happen when i am in the music folder under my computer folder. I copy a song and paste it into a different folder. Then i go back into the music folder and it doesnt read any of the songs. I have to close out of the window and reopen the music folder for it to read any of the songs. I am running nvda and i have it installed on my computer.

Hi,
From what I've seen, it might be focus issue. In certain cases, when you switch away from Windows Explorer and back, focus lands on a toolbar, not folder/file list.

Vista specific issues won't be solved anymore. Closing as wontfix.
