To make it easier to proof read, it would be good to turn on and off the ability to read capital letters when we press control right and left arrow keys and up and down arrow keys. If possible, it would also be good to have this capability in say all to quickly proof read documents. It would be good to have a check box to turn each capability on and off independently. Blocked by #3286
